Royal Residence is situated a short walk from the centre of Cabarete, home to one of the world's top kitesurfing beaches. For information about the Dominican Republic, tourism here in general and Cabarete specifically, please visit www.cabarete.org.

In August 2010 I moved the web sites to a different server. Not being that competent with Name Serves I messed the DNS settings up. Unfortunately, without me realising, this took both www.royalresidence.org and www.cabarete.org down. I apologise to anyone who has been looking for these sites. Rest assured, both Cabarete & Royal Residence are still there! Looks like I face a lot of work to improve my Google ratings again too!

This apartment is a three bedroom, ground floor. It has easy level access and is the ground floor condo in the photo above. Internal photos HERE.

This investment is my 'pension scheme', so I'm looking to the long term return rather than a quick hit. This means I can generally be very competitive with rental rates. I would be very happy to discuss long term tenancies with anyone who is considering moving to Cabarete full time. There is a second entrance to the apartment, so one en-suite room can be rented out separately. Therefore if you are looking for a two bedroom apartment or a one bedroom 'studio' please feel free to get in touch.

Incidentally, I am happy to offer advice to anyone who is thinking of buying in Cabarete, such as which real-estate agent, lawyer etc. No charge & no commission, just being helpful! Just drop me an e-mail.
