have purchased an apartment in Cabarete, which is on the north coast of the
Dominican Republic. This is instead of a pension scheme, I'm planning on the
value increasing enough over the years to be worth more than the pension would
be. And in the meantime, I have an apartment to use. I rent the apartment
out with the aim of covering the monthly condominium fees (which so far, it
hasn't!) As I am not looking at the 'short term' profit, I am willing to rent
it out at a reduced rate. If you fancy a holiday in a three bedroom apartment
