I've just done it and got us easily into the play-offs with a 2 point gap over Chesterfield. This is based on winning 9 points out of 12 though.

I've got us and Chesterfield drawing level on points before the last game of the season, both out of the play off spots and Dagenham one point behind us. Us to are two points behind Shrewsbury...
