Sale soon

Let's be VERY CAREFUL about suggesting illegal activities. I'm far from being a lawyer, so while I think the posts in this thread are [so far] on the legal side, they are probably getting a bit close to the edge.

So how did that work out then?

From that the Bond Group will publish Total exemption Full Accounts (probably 7-9 pages) in about 10 days and a Conformation Statement a few days after.

How do you decipher them? as the breakdown of Accounts are not full accounts!!

How much does his company earn is relevant in some way to how much he can fund the football club( however he does that!), I would have thought.

Maybe then when Morecambe FC is finally sold (yes yes I know the differing thoughts on that one). If he keeps the company going you should be able to gage how much Morecambe FC was sold for because the companies profit should be higher than its usual amount. Otherwise I don’t think it will be disclosed.

Nearly 1000 days

Neither. If it weren't a football club, none of those would likely be involved. I have faith in Rod.

Come on EFL, let’s get a decision. We are waiting :!: :!:

In 7 days time it will be 1,000 days we have been up for sale, enough is enough.

What do you expect them to do tho Billy?
If they don't provide the necessary evidence of being fit and proper, then it is a no go.
If they pass them to keep people happy, then they turn out to be bent then everyone will moan anyway.
It's quite a straightforward test to pass if you are fit and proper = simple
Enjoy yourself.... It is later than you think

I hope people don’t think I’m suggesting the EFL should just pass the Panjab Warriors bid, that was not my intention. The protracted process of Panjab Warriors bid combined with Whittingham’s ownership has had a negative effect on the Club and we are waiting on the EFL.

For me the EFL have given Panjab Warriors enough time and help with their bid if it passes and there are no more hitches the sale can go through and we get rid of Whittingham, and the Club can move on.

If the bid fails let’s know, that’s all, because it means the Whittingham ownership continues and the farce goes on.
