Don't suppose your registration plate(s) end with OWL, do they? There's 2 of them at the back of a local store.

I always trot out these tails at the moment every time we play someone who used to play Chelsea when they were shit. Went to Rotherham that day, Emlyn Hughes was manager of them, Chelsea were kin hopeless. Similar tale that season at Wrexham, Shrewsbury and Burnley. Lost heavily. Morecambe were just as bad but eventually climbed off the bottom. Happy days!!!

My only previous visit to Meadow Lane was to see Notts Co v Leeds Utd in the old Div 1 around that time. Leeds with Tony Dorigo and Lee Chapman outstanding won and went on to win the league that year.... My how times have indeed changed.

Notts County got relegated from the first division in 1991, the year before Sky and the Premier League and couldn't ever bridge the financial gap to get back there. A real shame.
