Club finances

We are all aware that our club is unable to compete in the financial stakes when compared to other clubs (particularly in the transfer market) in our league BUT at least the Board and Owner(s) are still prepared to back Jim in his pre match preparation by allowing the team to travel to Grimsby the day before the game and stay overnight in a hotel something that our club have never done in previous away games at Grimsby.

I suggest a less misleading post title...then again ..you needed something that didn't sound like tripe to get it read...

Don't see this as tripe Mr P. I'm sure many of us will not have known that the Team stayed overnight. It might have made a difference to the result!
