Does anyone know who is out of contract at the end of the season,or does anyone know who will be getting released?

Probably easier to say who is still under contract for next season.

Wildig, Campbell, Olover and now the excellent Sam Lavell.

The Management Team are signed up until 2020 I understand.

Nobody else is signed up ( I think) BUT I can't see the likes of Baz or Kevin going elsewhere unless they decide to retire or in Kevin's case go into management.

I did read somewhere that McGurk is also signed up for next season but that seems to have been mis information... :?: :?: :?:

I also would be surprised to see Roche, Rose, Thommo or Kev go at their age. I think if offered a contract, both Kenyon and Fleming would take it. I reckon we’ll be able to keep hold of McGowan for a couple more seasons at least as well as Conlan. I remember vaguely Steve Old mentioning in his signing on interview that he’d just had his first born and was looking to settle so that hopefully stands us in good stead for keeping him. Jim’s let on sometimes how he’s a fan of Winnard so he’ll most likely be offered a contract. I’m hopeful about Lang after Wigan’s promotion back up to the Championship, increases the likelihood they’ll let him go and here will probably be his most likely destination for a season or two.

Brough has been out the side for a while so it’s likely he will move on I think. Also, with Nizic getting a good bit of L2 game time this season I think Jim is likely to have a big assess with Lee Jones about whether he thinks Nizic can step up to fill Barry’s shoes when he retires. Struggling to think of Morecambe without Barry Roche...makes me tear up a bit! :(

Be very surprised (but delighted) if we can hang on to Lang. Even if Wigan don't need him I think he'll be snapped up by someone else. We really need his goals as I can't see them coming from anywhere else and goalscorers don't come cheap. Like your optimism though LS :D

agree with this.

Regarding filling dependable Barry Roches boots I thought former Wembley hero Scot Davis did very well for us on loan(the other season) he's tried and tested, still only 31.
