This so called footballer has played 54 times for Morecambe & notts county and has scored 3 goals, and having watched him on Saturday and numerous other times he would struggle to look good playing Sunday morning football in rye lands park.If Jim and his assistant can’t see this perhaps they should be managing in Sunday league football.

I agree with your comments Steve. I felt last season it was obvious Oliver was poor and had no fight or determination about him. I am genuinely shocked that our management team still don't realise how poor he is. If they don't realise darn quick he could cost them their jobs and free them to manage in the Liverpool Sunday League!!!

Erm I have to say, there's a lot of scapegoating going on here. I grant that for a striker his goal rate is very poor. But you can't hold VO responsible for the Crewe result (I wasn't there but I've listened to people who were) and on Saturday I saw no evidence of him having no fight or determination. I thought he worked his bollocks off ceaselessly. In fact, if he has read any of this personal criticism of his performances, his ability and his commitment on here and still manages to motivate himself, you've got to take your hat off to him......

Right I'll put mine on now

whilst Vad has yet to deliver his full potential, (and may never do so in the MFC environment) denigrating the man in these terms in an online forum is unnecessary and demeaning. Time to grow up, eveyone hits the rocks sometime, you dont need people pelting you with stones when it happens.

He had a great chance, unmarked 6 yards out and sidefooted it gently into the keepers hands! I suppose it was on target so that is an improvement
