He is, as you point out, one of my particular faves. He did drive an BMW X5 with a private plate, followed him out of Exeter a few seasons back after we were 1-1 going in to injury time, Reuben Reid came on as a sub, bullied his way past a couple then theatrically threw himself to the floor when he got in the box. Singularly one of the top 5 home town pens I’ve ever seen, laughable. We were so incensed that they scored again through Wheeler in the 94th and we looked as if we had been spanked, when we played well.
So that’s my main reason for not really rating him.
He’s a bit Billy Big Time.
