Apparently we've got three stand sponsors...

I saw something somewhere on Facebook announcing a sponsor for a stand. I think it might have been linked to Twitter? Went to the official site but it wasn't there. Went back to Facebook and of course, couldn't find the story again.

So, something about a sponsor. I think it was an electrical engineer. Probably good news. Unfortunately, the club don't want to use SV and I don't have them on Twatter, so who knows?

I saw something on Twitter last night Keith yeah and tried to find it this morning both on the official site and there but couldn't.

I was going to link to it after Gone_Shrimping mentioned "the North Terrace" in a separate thread.

The North Terrace now has a company sponsor by the name of M J Catterall Limited. There was a photo of our new sponsor yesterday on MFC Official facebook.

Things like this have to be great news for the club. The fact is that large scale benefactors (outside of the Premiership) are a dying breed and at our level you're more likely to have the sharks and charlatans sniffing around. To see that image of the M.J. Catterall vehicles and staff lined up in front of the main stand is really encouraging. No doubt their package will include hospitality and hopefully will be mutually beneficial to them and us. Getting medium sized local companies like this involved in the club has to be the way forward so congratulations to whomever arranged it and hopefully there will be others.

I can't find anything about that stand's sponsor.

It will be good to have something in place of Heart Radio which does not appear popular with locals after they took over the Bay Radio.

Which is the 3rd stand to have new sponsorship ? Could it be the PMG

Great move!, I'd put to him a deal of - instead of paying sponsorship money put a roof on for us instead for so many seasons.

Matt Catterall is a top bloke , runs a great company and is a genuine fan, his wife owns Eden interiors in torrisholme, lovely shop, it'd be great to see the main stand renamed, or sponsored.

Well the home end was sponsored by Ace Scaffolding Limited only recently so with the M J Catterall Limited and Dennison Trailers stands that just leave the PMG stand to have a new sponsor.

"Eden Project North Stadium" would be a good name and raise the profile of the whole planned development, being mentioned on national TV on a regular basis. Perhaps a bit premature yet, but once spades are in the ground...

How about Eden for the main stand, then the owners try and get Christie auctions to sponsor the ground. As globe are now out of business Christies are a big International company.
